The company boasts a long history. Its roots date back to 1962, through to the present day, thanks to founder Giorgio Malagrida who, guided by his entrepreneurial intuition, decides to found a company specialized in the construction of civil and industrial drainage systems, based in Rimini.

In 1995, the company was further strengthened with the entry of Giorgio’s children Yuri and Monia, who, on the strength of the experience gained within the company, decided to give continuity to the family project by taking over the reins of the business.

Following developments in the marketplace, the company implemented a real turnaround, expanding its network of agents throughout the country, together with its range, with the introduction of new skills and products.
