Malagrida Invisible Grated Channels for Draining Aesthetically Refined Spaces
Are you a landscaper, hotel manager, or simply a private individual looking to protect your spaces from surface water? Thanks…
All uncovered surfaces of the house must be protected from water stagnation, but terraces require special attention.
Water accumulation on these surfaces can lead to dangerous infiltrations, compromising the building’s stability and even the health of its inhabitants.
Malagrida Group caters to builders and architects designing the outdoor spaces of a new building, as well as homeowners noticing yellow stains, halos, or peeling and detachment of paint.
Our low-profile polypropylene drainage channels eliminate water stagnation before it can accumulate on surfaces, keeping balconies and terraces dry and clean at all times.

If signs of water infiltration have appeared under the terrace, it’s necessary to repair any cracks, apply a waterproofing product to the flooring, and, to prevent the issue from recurring, install a surface drainage system.
Gutters, including eaves gutters, prevent rainwater from running off the balcony and falling near the walls.
Channels, on the other hand, collect the rainwater that accumulates on the terrace surface and direct it straight into the sewage system. Compared to gutters, they are a more efficient and safer solution.
Additionally, a tileable channel does not compromise the aesthetics of the balcony.
Our drainage systems stand out for two main features: the reduced height, which allows installation on low-thickness surfaces, and the tileable grate, which enables you to conceal the system under the flooring without compromising its efficiency.
These features make Malagrida channels the ideal solution for terraces, balconies, and all well-maintained surfaces of the home.
The systems from the flat line have no profiles, meaning they can be installed on any flooring, including surfaces covered with very thin ceramic or kerlite tiles.
