How to eliminate infiltrations from the terrace?

If signs of water infiltration have appeared under the terrace, it’s necessary to repair any cracks, apply a waterproofing product to the flooring, and, to prevent the issue from recurring, install a surface drainage system.

Are channels or gutters better for draining water from balconies?

Gutters, including eaves gutters, prevent rainwater from running off the balcony and falling near the walls.
Channels, on the other hand, collect the rainwater that accumulates on the terrace surface and direct it straight into the sewage system. Compared to gutters, they are a more efficient and safer solution.
Additionally, a tileable channel does not compromise the aesthetics of the balcony.
